Cafe Juanita is seeking an experienced Server Assistant. An ideal candidate is extremely well-presented, with a formal fine-dining background. High standards of mechanics such as elegant, quiet team clears, and open-handed service should be familiar to you. A paragon of success in the SA role at Cafe Juanita is swift, keenly observant of details, and an excellent communicator and strategist. Cafe Juanita is a James Beard award-winning Northern Italian-inspired tasting menu restaurant in Kirkland. The service team is lead by Chef-Owner Holly Smith and GM-Wine Director Alexandra Stang (CMS Advanced Sommeliere). Our team is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our guests. Experience in fine dining service is required.

We are open for dinner service only Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. This position will be full time; Friday & Saturday availability is required. NET annual earnings for our full time Server Assistants ~$45k. We offer full health insurance (including vision and dental) at only 50% cost to you. Supplemental insurance is also available. All major holidays off. 401k/Roth, with all administrative costs covered by the company.
