Job Description:

As a Server at Visconti's Italian Restaurant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our guests. You will ensure that all guests feel welcome, take accurate orders, deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, and create a memorable dining experience. Your ability to provide knowledgeable recommendations and maintain a positive attitude will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and offer menu recommendations. Take and process orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and beverage items with a positive attitude. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverages. Manage multiple tables efficiently without compromising the service quality. Process payments and handle cash and card transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and work areas. Comply with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a server, waiter, or waitress. Excellent presentation and a positive attitude. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal communication skills. Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
