Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Assist with food handling, food preparation, and sanitation standards to maintain a safe and clean environment Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Clear tables efficiently by bussing and resetting for new guests while maintaining cleanliness standards Use reservation platforms like OpenTable to manage bookings and optimize seating arrangements Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Culinary experience or food industry knowledge to assist with food handling and preparation tasks Effective time management skills to serve multiple tables efficiently without compromising quality Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with OpenTable reservations system and upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Basic math skills for billing accuracy and cash handling responsibilities Strong communication skills to coordinate with kitchen staff and team members seamlessly Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable dining experiences!
