Overview Join our dynamic team as an Expo/Food Runner and be a vital link between the kitchen and the dining experience both on and off the lanes! In this energetic role, you'll ensure that food is prepared, plated, and delivered promptly and accurately to guests, creating a seamless and memorable dining experience for all guests. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will help elevate service quality and guest satisfaction. Duties Retrieve prepared dishes from the kitchen, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met before delivery Deliver food promptly to tables or the lanes, maintaining proper food handling procedures for safety and quality Assist with food plating and presentation as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Buss tables and lanes by clearing dishes and resetting areas efficiently to maintain a clean dining environment Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and guests to coordinate timely service Support food safety protocols by adhering to sanitation standards and proper storage practices Help with basic food preparation tasks when necessary, such as garnishing or portioning ingredients Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced setting Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods during shifts Basic culinary knowledge or kitchen experience is beneficial but not mandatory Commitment to providing excellent guest service with a friendly attitude Join us in delivering exceptional dining experiences!
