Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and a memorable dining experience. Your primary responsibility will be to serve food and beverages to guests while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Must be 18 or older to serve alcohol

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive to guests' needs and offering helpful recommendations.
• Handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to answer guests' questions and make recommendations.
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service.
• Provide support to other team members as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Experience:

• Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems is essential.
• Prior experience with OpenTable is a plus.
• A background in hospitality or customer service is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation procedures is necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once is essential.

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and menu items.
• Experience with cash handling and sales techniques.
• Proficiency with OpenTable and other restaurant management systems.
