EXPERIENCED

Servers at the Olympia, WA Black Bear Diner Servers Requirements One year experience in a full-service restaurant preferred. Customer service experience be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations Experience in high-volume, fast-paced family or casual dining environment preferred Have knowledge of service and food and beverage, Must have Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Server Permit Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively within a team. Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive. Able to work positively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge in POS system Be able to work in a standing position with lots of movement around the entire facility. Great energy Ability to multi task. Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods. Must be willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays We have a tip pool program that all servers pay into.
