Job Description
As a Full-Time Server at 48 Degrees North Restaurant in the Red Lion Hotel located in Port Angeles, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding dining experiences to our guests. Located in a dynamic restaurant environment, your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our hospitality operations. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area and kitchen. Assist with food preparation and ensure all dishes are presented beautifully. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS system. Support bussing duties to maintain a clean and organized dining environment. Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience and address any concerns. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
