Tizley's EuroPub, a longtime favorite in downtown Poulsbo, is looking for a few awesome people to join our front of house team! We are open 11am - 8pm daily. Come work with a great team in the heart of Poulsbo! We'd love to meet you. Duties Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with menu selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and service Upsell menu items like specialty drinks or desserts to maximize sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, process payments swiftly, and handle refunds or adjustments professionally Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery of dishes in a fine dining or casual setting Experience Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous Experience with cocktail preparation, spirits knowledge, wine expertise, and beverage service enhances your ability to serve guests confidently Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to obtain all required certificates and authorization, including Food Worker Card and MAST Experience in fine dining settings or high-volume restaurants is a plus

Pay:

From $17.13 per hour Expected hours: 6.0 - 30.0 per week
