Duties Manage restaurant reservation systems to optimize seating arrangements and reduce wait times Supervise and coordinate the serving staff to ensure efficient and friendly service Greet guests warmly, handle guest inquiries, and provide personalized dining experiences Oversee restaurant table management systems to maintain smooth flow during busy hours Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in all service areas Handle phone communication with guests regarding reservations, inquiries, or special requests using proper phone etiquette Support the host/hostess in managing guest relations and resolving any service issues promptly Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for order processing and billing accuracy Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction Organize seating arrangements for large parties or special events while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere Experience Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with prior restaurant management or supervisory responsibilities Strong background in restaurant reservation management and guest services Familiarity with restaurant table management systems and POS platforms such as Micros POS or similar software Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions with guests and team members Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tables, reservations, and staff schedules effectively Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices within a restaurant environment Experience working in a fast-paced setting with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service Host/hostess experience is highly desirable to support seamless guest flow and reservations handling Join us as a Head Waiter/Waitress where your leadership will elevate the dining experience for every guest.
