Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server Team Member and become the heart of a lively, fast-paced food service environment! Duties Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure smooth transactions Assist in food preparation and food handling to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with food industry regulations Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards while upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments efficiently Support restaurant operations by bussing tables, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring the dining area is inviting at all times Engage with customers to provide excellent service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly to foster loyalty and satisfaction Follow all food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and health regulations diligently to uphold a safe environment for guests and staff Skills Proven experience in food service, quick service & fast food restaurants, or café environments with a strong understanding of the food industry Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and payment processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and create positive guest interactions Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy periods Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations accurately Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in upselling menu items to increase sales while maintaining guest satisfaction Join us as a Server Team Member where your energy fuels memorable dining experiences!
