The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions and assist packing lunch box. This role is essential in creating a positive experience for our customers in a korean banchan and lunch box restaurant. Responsibilities Operate the cash register and process customer transactions efficiently and accurately. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries. Assist in packing lunch boxes and banchans (side dish). Assist in tracking supplies and inventory. Maintain knowledge of store products, promotions, and policies to assist customers effectively. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while ensuring accuracy in the cash drawer. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized checkout area. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Utilize retail math skills to manage transactions and provide change accurately. Skills Proficient in using POS systems and cash registers. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Familiarity with restaurant operations is preferred. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Retail sales experience is a plus, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
