Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and maximize sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with every interaction Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to uphold health standards Support other team members with bussing tables, cleaning, or opening/closing duties as needed to ensure smooth operations Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong skills in customer service, guest relations, and sales techniques including upselling Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required Excellent communication skills, basic math proficiency for cash handling and cashiering tasks Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred; hospitality background highly valued Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm makes every guest's experience extraordinary!
