As a Server, you'll be an essential part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests, showcasing the diverse and flavorful cuisine of Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and guide them through our menu, offering recommendations and answering any questions they may have about our dishes. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar promptly. Serve food and beverages with precision and attentiveness, ensuring all orders are delivered correctly and in a timely manner. Anticipate guests' needs throughout their meal and provide attentive, personalized service to enhance their dining experience. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized dining area and assist with basic cleaning tasks as needed. Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and credit transactions with care.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment, preferably as a server. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting. A passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service to every guest. Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine and culture is a plus, but not required.
