Responsibilities Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a spotless dining environment through regular cleaning and bussing Assist servers by delivering food orders swiftly and accurately Handle food safely and responsibly during food running and serving duties, ensuring proper food handling and presentation standards are met Manage heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely when transporting dishes, supplies, or equipment around the restaurant Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and meet guest needs promptly Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and ensuring trash is properly disposed of in accordance with health standards Provide in-person customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; experience with food running or bussing is a plus Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and follow safe lifting practices during daily tasks Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Experience with kitchen tasks or banquet service can be beneficial but is not required Demonstrated hospitality mindset with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn Join us in delivering memorable dining experiences!
