Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and attentive Server. Duties Greet guests warmly, assist with seating arrangements, and provide menus with enthusiasm. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Upsell menu items including desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Process cash, credit card transactions, and handle POS systems. Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained at all times. Buss tables promptly, assist with food preparation when needed, and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Engage with guests to provide personalized service, answer questions about menu items and foster guest relations for repeat business. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Ability to process sales transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Experience in high-volume restaurants is a plus. Pay:
