Grizzys Diner and Tavern, Berlin WI Hi, I'm Colton. My brother and I own Grizzys. We are here almost every day, so you will be working with the owners, not for a phone number in another state. Here is what we are after. We want somebody people are glad to see. That is honestly the whole job description. The food matters, the drinks matter, but the reason somebody drives back to Berlin next Friday is usually a person, not a plate. If you are the kind of person who lights up a room and actually likes talking to people, you are who we are looking for. What we need from you Love people. Not tolerate them. Actually like them. Make this place feel inviting from the second somebody walks in Stay steady when it gets busy. Saturdays and Tuesday birria nights get loud, and that is the job some nights Work with the crew, not against them. Our people cover for each other Show up when you say you will Where we are headed We have got the river right here and a patio most towns would kill for. Berlin is coming back and we want Grizzys to be one of the reasons why. The place people drive in for. The place locals bring their family and their out of town friends. Servers are the biggest part of whether that happens. We are building something here, and as it grows we want the people who helped build it to benefit from it. That is the goal we are working toward. The schedule Part time is encouraged. We use Homebase for scheduling and we are flexible. Tell us what you have got, students, second jobs, kids, and we will work with it. We would rather have a great person three shifts a week than a body who does not want to be here for five. Experience Helps, but we will train the right person. We would rather teach the steps to someone with the personality than fix the personality on someone with the steps. Pay $3 per hour plus tips.
