Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and precision Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests Assist with food handling, preparation support, and basic kitchen tasks when needed to ensure smooth operations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food preparation, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, and basic math for cash handling and cashiering Culinary experience or background in the food industry enhances your ability to engage with guests confidently Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
