Responsibilities Set up and break down catering events, ensuring all equipment and supplies are in place. Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout the event. Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes promptly to enhance guest experience. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Provide excellent guest services by addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items. Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, enhancing their overall experience. Requirements Previous experience in catering, restaurant, or hotel settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with coffee preparation or bartending is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
