Position Overview We are seeking a polished, experienced Night Server/Bartender to join our team. This hybrid role combines high-end table service with elevated bar knowledge, ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless experience whether seated at a table or the bar. The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and highly skilled in both classic service standards, craft cocktail preparation a plus. Key Duties & Responsibilities Provide attentive, professional service to dinner guests and bar patrons. Present menus, describe specials, and make informed recommendations on wine and cocktail pairings. Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages in proper sequence. Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, and wine according to house standards and recipes. Ensure consistency in cocktail execution, garnish presentation, and service flow. Monitor guests' needs, anticipate requests, and create an engaging fine-dining atmosphere. Process payments, handle transactions, and maintain accurate cashouts at shift end. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas. Assist in stocking liquor, wine, beer, and supplies; monitor inventory and communicate shortages. Collaborate closely with fellow servers, bartenders, and support staff to deliver a smooth guest experience. Uphold health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards at all times. Desired Experience & Skills Minimum 2+ years of experience in fine-dining service and/or craft bartending. Strong knowledge of wine varietals, cocktails, and food pairings. Excellent communication skills with a polished, guest-focused demeanor. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Proven ability to handle cash/credit transactions with accuracy. Knowledge of Toast POS systems and cocktail preparation techniques. Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
