YOUR ROLE IN CREATING GERONIMOMENTS
In this role, you'll be a key part of our team, ensuring that every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience. As the Busser/Server's Assistant, you will serve customers and extend great customer service by setting tables; adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the dining establishment.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
Clear all used tableware, napkins and refuse from tables to bus station Wipe tables, chairs and clears debris and crumbs from floor areas surrounding table Assist wait staff by refilling customers beverages and accommodating requests for additional condiments, food items or clean/fresh tableware Maintain a clean, well-stocked and orderly bus station at all times in order to improve efficiency and productivity Retrieve cleaned dishes, glassware and utensils from the dish room and distributes to each service station in order to keep a ready supply available for restaurant use Must be able to identify and explain all dishes on current menus Perform other duties including running dishes, sweeping, emptying trash, filling waters GHG24
Requirements:
WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED
Basic math skills required Legible handwriting Teamwork Strong customer service and oral communication skills Frequently required to lift, carry, deliver and serve from trays weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the work shift Balance serving tray on one hand while distributing orders to customers with the other Carry and set up folding table to support particularly heavy orders Take customer orders, review customer bills and smoothly navigate dining room, kitchen and other facility areas Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT U.S.
