Responsibilities Actively engage in pre-shift and department meetings to get a thorough knowledge of all goods, services, and facility operations Receive proper payment from the guest and ensure the accuracy of the guest check and method of payment to protect both the customer and the restaurant from transaction errors Maintain complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to answer client queries and provide recommendations Greet customers, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve orders promptly, and accommodate any special needs or requests Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties Qualifications Displays impeccable time management and organizational skills Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification We prefer some experience working in the food service industry Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers About ECWI Hospitality ECWI Hospitality locations are managed by GF Hotels and Resorts.
