Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food, drinks, cocktails, and spirits with professionalism and enthusiasm, including beverage service and drink presentation Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods accurately Upsell menu items such as wines, cocktails, or specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery while managing multiple tables seamlessly Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability in customer service, guest relations, and hospitality with excellent communication skills Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and handling sales efficiently Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude Experience with food preparation tasks like bussing or assisting in the kitchen is beneficial Embark on a rewarding journey in the vibrant world of hospitality where your enthusiasm makes every guest's experience unforgettable!
