• Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a welcoming attitude
• Take accurate food and drink orders, inputting them into the POS system
• Serve food and beverages in a timely, professional manner
• Be knowledgeable about the menu and provide suggestions when needed
• Ensure guest satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure efficient service
• Handle payment transactions, including cash and credit card processing
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work as required

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
