In this role, you will be the friendly face that ensures smooth transactions at the register and/ or delivering delicious food promptly to guests. Responsibilities Greet guests and assist with their orders at the register using POS systems Handle cash accurately Take food orders from kitchen staff and deliver food to tables maintaining food safety Support food preparation when needed Maintain cleanliness of work areas Provide excellent customer service Make coffee drinks, smoothies, serve bakery Complete side tasks during down time
