Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks efficiently, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages, with a focus on presentation and guest satisfaction Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience and increase sales opportunities Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations Skills Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations within the food industry Proven ability in beverage service including cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine pairing, and drink presentation Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions Previous restaurant or food service experience in fine dining or casual settings preferred Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations is a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences through energetic service, and a welcoming attitude.
