Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant dining team! Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and present menus with enthusiasm. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Manage tables efficiently by bussing, resetting, and ensuring cleanliness throughout service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations. Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed during busy periods. Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage bookings smoothly. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Support team members in maintaining a lively, welcoming atmosphere during night shifts or special events. Skills Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Strong culinary knowledge paired with food handling and sanitation expertise. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours. Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest rapport. Previous experience in fine dining or nightlife environments is highly desirable. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food preparation techniques. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings such as restaurants or nightclubs. Experience with restaurant operations including serving, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, and food industry best practices.
