Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of an energetic dining experience! In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Paid training is provided to help you succeed in this fast-paced, rewarding role. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, providing detailed descriptions of food and drink options. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness. Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations; bus tables promptly to ensure a smooth flow of service. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols to uphold health standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly. Demonstrate knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and beverage service to provide expert recommendations. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest relations. Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude. Culinary experience or food industry background preferred for better understanding of menu offerings. Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong communication abilities. Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities. Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Experience in fine dining settings or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
