Join our team at Hawk's View Golf Club as a Banquet Server and become part of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests! As a Banquet Server, you'll play a key role in ensuring the success of special events, including weddings, golf outings, and more.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with a warm smile and assist them in finding their seats Provide attentive service by answering questions, taking orders, and serving food and beverages Keep the party going by circulating with trays of delicious appetizers and drinks Help guests navigate the venue and showcase its features with pride Assist in event setup and cleanup to ensure everything runs smoothly Work alongside our dedicated team to ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to safety standards
Requirements:
Previous serving experience preferred, but training will be provided to the right candidate Must be at least 18 years old to handle alcohol service Friendly, courteous, and attentive demeanor Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items Excellent communication and customer service skills Team player with a willingness to follow instructions Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays CPR training is a plus Competitive pay starting at $5.00/hour plus tips. Most banquet servers earn between $15.00 and $25.00 per hour , depending on the event and gratuities. Enjoy benefits like free golf, employee discounts, and a flexible schedule.
