Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met during service Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive guest relations Requirements Customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction Time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and billing processes Ability to work flexible hours including nights Join our team if you are passionate about hospitality and eager to provide memorable experiences for our guests.
