Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Accurately process orders and relay them to the kitchen staff, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries effectively. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and presentation. Adhere to food safety standards and hygiene practices throughout service. Process payments accurately and efficiently while maintaining a positive guest experience. Requirements Previous experience in the Food industry or fine dining environment is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Excellent math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Exceptional guest relations skills, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations is highly desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
