Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team at Bloom & Brunch restaurant in Manitowoc. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests receive outstanding service, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring timely and efficient service. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments through the cash register. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions. Uphold hospitality standards by providing attentive service and anticipating guest needs. Work with other members of the team to ensure efficient work flow and guest satisfaction. Skills Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for all patrons. Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Excellent time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy shifts. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
