Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, ensuring special requests are noted and fulfilled Serve food, beverages, cocktails, and spirits with professionalism, including drink service and wine knowledge to enhance guest experiences Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods securely Upsell menu items including drinks, desserts, or specials to maximize sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous Experience in fine dining environments or with cocktail and spirits service enhances your candidacy Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of wine pairing, beverage service, and upselling techniques to elevate guest experiences Ability to process cash transactions accurately while maintaining a friendly demeanor Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
