Prep Cook Server/Grill Cook (Milwaukee, WI, 53202) | 08/31/26 Easy Apply Job Description The Prep Cook Server supports the daily operation of Northwestern Mutual's Campus & Event Experiences dining program by preparing quality food, maintaining food safety standards, and delivering exceptional guest service. This role assists with food production, station setup, grab-and-go preparation, catering support, and service execution while helping create an outstanding dining experience for employees and guests. Prepare ingredients and food items according to recipes, production schedules, and operational standards. Assist with the preparation and packaging of Grab & Go products, salads, sandwiches, snacks, and other menu items. Set up, stock, and maintain service stations to ensure product availability throughout service periods. Provide friendly, professional, and engaging customer service to employees and guest Follow food safety, sanitation, labeling, and product rotation procedures. Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation standards. Receive, stock, and organize products while maintaining clean and orderly work areas. Support daily cleaning, sanitation, and closing procedures. Work collaboratively with culinary and service team members to achieve operational goals.
