Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met Assist guests with menu selections and answer any questions regarding ingredients or dietary restrictions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service stations Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly to ensure satisfaction Process payments accurately and efficiently, including cash and credit card transactions Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations

Skills and Qualifications:
