Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a blend of creativity, efficiency, and the ability to work well under pressure, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of liquor, garnishes, and glassware. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring timely delivery of drinks. Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations. Assist in managing inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages or discrepancies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods, including banquet events or catering functions. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during peak hours while maintaining high standards of quality. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction. Familiarity with food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations are required. Experience with brewing techniques is a plus, along with knowledge of various drink recipes and cocktail preparation methods. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed by the business operations. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
