RATE OF PAY

$9.00/HR. + TIPS •Possible Pay Increase of 0% - 3% After 90 Days.

JOB SUMMARY

Order and distribute alcohol and non-alcohol drinks to guests. Professionally provide guest service to highest capability.

QUALIFICATIONS

Native American preference. High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred. Must obtain certification in T.I.P.S. (Training in Intervention Procedures for Servers of Alcohol) Previous wait staff experience, preferred.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS

Ability to walk, stand and stoop for long period of time. Ability to carry and balance a full tray of drinks. Be able to listen and respond to oral and visual cues.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Order and distribute alcohol and non-alcohol beverage in a timely and efficient manner. Observe and communicate to supervisors any guest issues that may result due to beverage services. Must possess a friendly, congenial attitude towards guests and staff and be willing to function in a team atmosphere. Must be able to meet the attendance guidelines of the position, adhere to and enforce all departmental and company policies, and attend all mandatory trainings. Must comply with and enforce all safety policies and rules. St. Croix Chippewa Enterprises reserve the right to make changes to this job description whenever necessary.
