Part-time Server Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or special requests
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
- Process payments using cash register and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
- Assist with food preparation as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a server or in the food service industry preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation and culinary terminology is a plus
- Experience with POS system or similar point-of-sale software is preferred
- Strong sales skills and ability to upsell menu items
- Excellent cash handling skills and ability to accurately process payments
