Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more! The Restaurant Server is responsible for preparing food for guests in the quick service dining outlets. This is a full or part time position with morning, night, and weekend availability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet guest and introduce self. Present menus and answer questions about menu items, buffet items, making recommendations upon request. Inform customers of daily specials. Check guests identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for consumptions of alcoholic beverages. Take orders for food & beverage. Writes guest's food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff. Serve food and beverage and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required. Do side work and prepare areas for next shift. Check with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counter, and take them to kitchen for cleaning. Prepare checks that itemize and total all costs and collect payments from guests. Attempt to limit problems and liability related to excessive drinking by advising a manager of any potential concerns or issues. Perform duties of a busser as needed.
