Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales potential Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables and assisting with food handling and preparation when needed Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments via POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food delivery and address any guest concerns promptly Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and creating a welcoming atmosphere in both fine dining settings and lively nightclubs Skills Proven experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously in fast-paced environments Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue Previous experience in fine dining, nightclub settings, or casual food service environments is highly desirable Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and order calculations Knowledge of restaurant operations including serving techniques, bussing, hosting/hostess duties, and kitchen support roles Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for hospitality shines!
