Job Description

As a server, you will be responsible for providing the customer with friendly, prompt and attentive service and be required to have the knowledge of the food and wine menu. As a server you are expected to be a team player and help with side work, closing work, running food/drinks, and helping throughout the restaurant to ensure customers are exceptionally taken care of. A hostess/host greets customers as they enter the restaurant and shows them to their seats. They also handle phone calls, take to go orders, and customer questions about the restaurant and menu. They also assist various restaurant staff when necessary, as well as closing checks/computer systems nightly.
