Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Toast. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction Assist with food handling, sanitation, and basic food preparation as needed Support bussing and cleaning duties to maintain a clean, organized dining area Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating and waitlists Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for cashiering tasks Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous for understanding food preparation processes Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by restaurant hours Join us to deliver unforgettable dining experiences!
