Human Resources Generalist
Job Description
Our manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations and partner with employees and leadership. Responsibilities Support employee relations, attendance, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews Coordinate recruiting, candidate screening, interviews, and employment offers Assist with benefits administration, employee engagement, training, and talent management Prepare monthly HR reports and KPIs Maintain HR policies, procedures, training records, and legal compliance Handle confidential employee information professionally Support additional HR projects as needed Qualifications Minimum of three years of HR experience in a manufacturing or operational environment Experience with employee relations, recruitment, benefits, and HR administration ADP timekeeping experience preferred Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities independently Flexibility to travel and adjust working hours as needed
