Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements, ensuring a smooth flow of service from start to finish Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring timely delivery Provide expert recommendations on menu items, including wine and spirits, to enhance guest satisfaction through upselling techniques Serve food and beverages with professionalism, including cocktail and drink service, while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card processing, ensuring accuracy at all times Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations through bussing and sanitation practices Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is advantageous Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation protocols Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing payments accurately Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales revenue Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier service in an energetic environment where your enthusiasm makes every guest's experience unforgettable!
