Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting tables promptly to optimize guest flow Support food service operations by serving food and beverages efficiently and courteously Handle food preparation tasks following proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service and address guest needs promptly Support catering events by setting up, serving, and cleaning up as required Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is highly preferred Knowledge of cleaning protocols, bussing procedures, and food handling safety standards Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Kitchen or hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory; eagerness to learn is essential Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform cleaning duties effectively A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in the food industry Join us if you're ready to bring your energy and enthusiasm into a role that celebrates teamwork, hospitality excellence, and memorable guest experiences!
