ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Set all parties with necessary china and glassware. Serve all guests functions using the proper serving habits. Clear all dinnerware used and return it to dish washing area for cleaning. Responsible for all service areas, refilling condiments, salt and peppers, coffee stations, etc. Any specific assignments by management incidental to the performance of the work. Must become knowledgeable about the park and all related information pertinent to job. Must be able to carry trays weighing approximately 40 lbs. to and from staging area. Must be able to work all shifts including nights, holidays and weekends. Complete appropriate trainings listed on the human resources Training Matrix. Adhere to Wheeling Park Commission s safety rules and policy; refer any and all safety concerns to department manager, safety committee or human resources. Interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude, solve guest problems and complaints in a proper manner, and maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees. EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
