$8.25 p/h + tips Job Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Pour and serve beer and other beverages according to proper serving standards. Become familiar with our beer and food menus and confidently answer guest questions. Provide beer recommendations and help guests choose selections based on their preferences. Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately. Check in with guests throughout their visit and process payments efficiently. Maintain clean and organized tables, bar areas, and service stations. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and other side work. Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to provide a great guest experience. Follow all alcohol service, health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Requirements & Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. TIPS Certified Dependable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts. Previous serving, bartending, or customer service experience preferred. Beer knowledge is a plus. Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with guests. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Willingness to learn about Cygnet beers, menu items, and brewery operations.
