We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Server to join our vibrant restaurant team! We close every Monday,Tuesday to Sunday 11:00-2:00pm 4:30-7:30pm every day same hours ,must over 21 years old we sales alcohol Responsibilities Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and beverage service, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Process cash and card transactions accurately, handling cash handling and cashiering duties with integrity. Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, and specialty cocktails to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery while managing multiple tables seamlessly. Assist with food handling, basic math calculations for bills, and ensuring proper beverage service procedures are followed. Support guest needs proactively by providing attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Qualifications Previous food service experience in a restaurant setting is highly preferred; fine dining experience is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle diverse guest interactions professionally. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and calculating bills or tips. Food safety certification or understanding of sanitation standards is required; food handling certifications are preferred.
