Job Description
Job Overview We are on the lookout for a friendly, energetic Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Server, you'll be the face of our establishment, creating memorable dining experiences through attentive service and a genuine passion for hospitality. Your role is essential in ensuring guests feel welcomed, valued, and satisfied from the moment they arrive until their last sip or bite. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guest satisfaction. Upsell menu items, including wines and spirits, to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and resetting stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality. Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking efficiently.
