Job Description
Job Overview We're on the lookout for friendly, organized, and energetic Waitstaff/Hostess to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while managing reservations and ensuring smooth table flow. Your enthusiasm and excellent communication skills will help deliver memorable dining experiences. Whether greeting guests at the door or taking orders at the table, your positive attitude will shine through in every interaction. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction. Take customer orders accurately, utilizing POS systems to ensure efficient service. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, adhering to food safety standards. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing inquiries, special requests, and ensuring overall guest relations are positive. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to coordinate timely service delivery. Manage phone communication with professionalism, including taking reservations and answering guest questions with proper phone etiquette. Requirements Prior experience as a host/hostess or in food service is highly preferred. Strong organizational skills to manage reservations, seating, and guest flow efficiently. Familiarity with restaurants Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to enhance guest relations.
