Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest service in a hospitality setting. Duties

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
• Assist in managing reservations and waitlists
• Provide guests with menus and ensure they are attended to promptly
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area Qualifications
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
• Proficiency with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Strong customer service and guest services skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to help ensure an enjoyable dining experience
